Rubber is a widely used material in applications that require high heat or chemical processes. Rubber cap is a plug that is used to close holes in applications that involve high temperatures. These caps are used in a wide variety of components and come in varying sizes. These are especially used when the gaps need to be closed during high heat processes like powder coating or medical sterilization procedures. Other than that, these caps are also widely used in cabinet sand other furniture, gadgets, shelves and shutters too. Rubber caps not only offer high level protection against high temperature and highly reactive chemicals but they also offer very tight closures when required. Other than these types of caps, some applications use vinyl caps as well. Though vinyl is essentially a plastic material but in several ways it is similar to rubber and hence this category included in the genre of rubber caps.
